anyway, there were a few other DWDs i caught this year that gave this one a run for its money. It was awesome but not necessarily “epic”
i’ll go with Crosseyed because of the “rarity factor” and the fact that this song was all up in my head the whole year, pre and post tour.
That’s where I was too. It was the most incredible burst of energy I’ve ever felt at a Phish show…so far. The DWD was good, but not the best I saw in 2009.

We were Cactus side but a tad more to the middle, by the group that had Palm Tree Glowsticks Sculptures on their heads…They had BOXES of sticks that went everywhere…
I was peaking when the song started… 
This Crosseyed has been mowing the competition down.
I think it is fair to say, that whole place exploded when CE&P dropped. I don’t even remember them playing DWD at Alpine.
