Why is Phish your favorite band?

I love them because
they are extremely talented,
they have mastered many genres of music and incorporate different styles of music in an interesting way,
they aren’t afraid to do whatever they feel like doing (they aren’t trying hard to maintain an image) - ex. vocal jams, playing a vacuum, exploratory jams instead of sticking to pop-py sounds
the community - at shows everyone is really nice and friendly
you don’t have to know how to dance because no one will judge you however you express yourself while you’re enjoying the music
the lights are awesome at shows!

Whenever I stop listening to Phish for a month or so, they always bring me back. I go through the cycle of Phish > Dead > Bisco often, but Phish will always be #1
