Can anyone tell me what Trey solo shows I need to hear? I seriously have like maybe three solo Trey shows. I’ve been listening to his self titled album a lot lately, and it’s really grown on me. What are some good Mr Completelys and Push On Til the Days? Hook me up with some hetty dl’s.
I thought Trey’s first solo tour (Spring 99) and the first one with horns (Spring 2001 maybe?) were far better than any of the shows after that.
treysshow last year in nyc Terminal 5 was really good. very long show w/ solid recordings available. cant wait to return this year…
I’m not familiar with too many TAB shows but I do enjoy a good listen to the 99 9:30 club show from time to time…

anything from summer 2001. greek and deer creek are great shows on disc.
7/24/01 was my 2nd concert ever. the burlap sack and pumps -> way i feel -> burlap jam to open the 2nd set was infuckingcredible.
^That Greek show was probably the best TAB show I have ever seen. It was amazing… 
Which Greek show? I see 1 at the Greek in LA on the 12th and then two on the 13th/14th at the Berkeley Greek.

i’m not sure of the actual dates because the stuff that i had from that run was on a compilation disc that my friend made for me right after the shows, but the burlap sack and pumps & last tube with the extended grippo solo are fucking epic, especially the last tube.
I’m familiar with Trey band and 2002 was the best year IMO. Thomas and Mack run was out of this world.

Ocelot with horns is very good. I may prefer TAB’s version to Phish’s
