I had the same thing happen to me with Ryan Adams and the Cardianls a couple of years ago. I got second row and they cancelled it saying they weren’t supposed to go on sale and issued a chargeback.

It took them 2 days. I received an email about 18 hours later, and the money was back on my account 2 days later.
they will just basically say it was an error and they apologize.
