Sympathies to everyone who got their orders canceled. While I thought it was too good to be true for y’all, I still had my fingers crossed that it worked. I’d rather see the tix in your hands than in those of the scalpers.
Order cancelled but those fuckers havn’t given me my money back yet.
i guarantee the scalpers got their fair share of tix during the pre-sale glitch.
if you can find a way through their terms of service which says that they can cancel your order for any valid reason then you could try suing them. good luck finding a lawyer willing to take TM on for basically nothing. 
you’d probably spend more on legal fees than it would cost to buy scalped tickets, even if the case was granted class action status

Why should locals be shut out of RR?
It was the masses of ticketless fans that caused Phish to be banned from Red Rocks. Sorry to say, but most were from the East Coast.
Why is it OK that locals get shut out when some chowder eating spoiled trust funder has the resources to obtain a stack of tickets.
This movement will pick up steam, and many of you will be shut out of Red Rocks, hopefully not too many locals tho.
I would be totally OK with getting shut out of Red Rocks. I’ve put in 5-6 requests in the lottery, and I’ll try on Thursday when they go on sale. There are 8 more shows after Red Rocks, and getting shutout from RR will allow me to do more of those shows.
Plus, I have hope that RR will become an every-summer affair. I can wait, if things don’t work out for me in '09.
Why should people in Asheville be shut out of that show?
