Gilda! Best woman ever on the show. Hammond is mediocre at best. He does some good impressions, but that shouldn’t be enough to get him past this round.
I still never really “got” Gilda.
Hammond is great.
Hammond would be great if he a came up with a bunch of characters. Otherwise he is an impersonator.

I’d even place Gilda Radner atop my list of overrated SNL stars.
She’s about as funny as Monty Python, in my book…another overrated comedy I just don’t “get.”
