I’m a sucker for “Sweet Dreams Melinda” and “Drifting.”
So…yeah!
Yeah, solid show. Jibboo in the first set was a scorcher. Alaska’s a really good tune, and I hadnt caught a Burlap sack since 2002. Killer show all around that got me even more pumped for March.
Next week is a good one for me Prov&Boston. BDT#L slow style
second set looks like a snoozer
^it may look like a snoozer, but The Way I Feel was insaneee… and Chalkdust Acoustic was raging
“I judge concerts by setlists.”
all I said is it “looks” like a snoozer, by “looking” at the setlist. None of those songs excite me at all, except maybe The Way I Feel.
of course the playing could be could.
It wasn’t 
I was there and I had such an amazing time. I was standing right in the front row. Very intimate setting, Trey was indeed on fire. It was great. After Alaska he said something like “I wrote the song before I met the girl. And I did not have sex with that woman.” hahaha. The Way I feel was the highlight of the second set for me.
I’m downloading the show now. I’ll let you know how the sound turns out when its finished.
^^^ Oh we KNOW Post Hiatus, we KNOW how you feel about SHINE, Bar 17 and Trey solo in general, yeah Melinda, Valentine, Drifting seems like a snoozer to people that don’t care for those songs, sure. However I do LOVE Drifting and Melinda. I like when Trey does his pretty ballads and SO WILL YOU come Hampton, SO WILL YOU!!!
