It’s Saturday night and aslas I am once again at work. It is soooooo freakin slow and annoying and I am super hung over, only one month to go before my 6 week hiatus from this food hole.

I was gonna go chill in front of the TV, and then I thought … wait, I hate the TV!
So I’m instead going to finish dealing with the Christmas decorations the kids dragged out earlier today, and then treat myself to an evening of trying to do some writing & recording until I quit at the brink of insanity, or at the brink of punching my own face, or both.

Maaaan oh man. Working again. Got kind of a busy day ahead. Get off at 3 and immediately take daughter to a bowling party. Take her to spend the night then possibly hit the gym before showering and heading to the bar with some friends. Hopefully today’s a good day.

I’d say I’m working to sympathize, but I’m not. In fact I just got up at 11:30 and I’m at the library now just to check on my fantasy team since I’m in the semifinals. I’ve got Welker starting but I wonder about this potential blizzard in New England for the Pats game. I’ve got Jennings on my bench and am wondering if he should start instead. Dilemma, Dilemma.

For the second day in a row I pretty much have nothing to do. Awesome.
Was at an after-show party til almost 5 last night so I just woke up now. Pretty crazy night I guess. meh. The good times are killin’ me.
I think I’ll slowly wake up here…shower, smoke, make a few calls. And then probably go out to eat somewhere. I’m thinking Mexican food and margaritas, but not for a few hours.
Saturday night…Work again but…NO HANGOVER!! This night wouldn’t be so bad if I hadn’t lost my cat right before this hella Noreaster we are supposed to get tommorow.
^Damn, that sucks.
The storm hasn’t started up here yet, but there’s a parking ban already in affect in preparation. I don’t think we’re supposed to get hit until tomorrow afternoon. Back home I think it’s just beginning to start. Should be interesting, I always love storms as long as they don’t fuck up my plans to head back home or get in the way of my life too much.
As of 4 hours ago, there was no snow.
Now there is close to an inch, and it is coming down heavy.

Happy Saturday to the few, the proud, the OKP weekend warriors! I’m pretty tired today, but I have my new catalogue of Avett Brothers cd’s that came in yesterday to keep me entertained for a few hours. Going to the gym after work then maybe do some laundry or work on my daughter’s room that we’re redoing. The latter would require shopping and I’m not big on shopping, so I don’t know how it’s going to go down. Have a great one everybody!

It’s a fine fine Sunday in my home. My wife and I listened to LP17 on the way to a friend’s wedding last night, leaving the oldest child in charge, with my sister close at hand next door (we share a duplex). Everything seems fine so far! Nothing broken, nobody’s hurt or dead or anything.
I’m sorting out all the christmas spending and balancing the checkbook, which is the IDEAL time to stop by and blab off a paragraph or 2 at the Oh Kee Pa.
Christmas was suite, man. I think we brought the kids to the brink of too-much-gifts, but not quite past it. It’s an important balance.
Well happy 12/30 to y’all, I’m gonna go focus on my bills and my laundry and all the other amazing wonders of a mellow Sunday at home.
One of my most un-favorite Saturdays of the year. It’s Undecorating Saturday, the day we take down the mountains of shit we took out of boxes 25 days ago, and stuff it all back into those boxes for another year.
It’s 1230 now and we started about 830 this morning, and I just got the tree to the curb and cleaned up all those bloody needles, bloody from being pulled out of the bottom of my feet. Now I have to take the village down, and then the dopey reindeer with the bobbing heads that are outside. Don’t expect to be finished until around 6 or so.
Your Saturday has to be better than this.
I don’t know Bill I have to go to work… than again I work every weekend. I prefer it that way, better pay, no admins, no dr appts for the residents. And “That’s so Raven!” was on today! That’s my favorite TV show. ;D Thats so Raaaaavveeenn, its the future I can seee, Thats so Raaaveeennn, its a mystery to meeee…
