I’m leaving tomorrow to go to British Columbia for 12 days. I am going to Smithers, which is up near the Yukon/Alaska edge and it is going to rock!

We fly into Smithers and then have a 8-9 hour horse back ride up the mountains to the camp.

My dad is hunting and I am probably going to do some fishing. We take a trip together every year to keep it real.

I will be sure to take lots of pictures and share them when I get back.

So, use this thread to keep me up to date with what’s going on in the land of Oh Kee Pa while I’m gone, that way I don’t have to look through two weeks of threads to catch up.

Or don’t.

i used to go waaaay up into Can-Land every Labor Day weekend for some primitive camping/fishing. always had an amazing time. as you surely will. have fun! with guns! and nuns! but not with your buns! at least around the nuns!

looks like you flew pretty damn close to those mountains too.

ugh I can’t imagine flying in a little plain in remote territory like that. Vodka would definitely be needed.
