^ i dunno, for some reason i liked it. it was 2am and i was terribly baked… so that could be part of it
Isn’t that a lyric from a song…
“It’s 2am and I’m baked…” ?
it started decent enough, but he honestly seemed to be too fucked up to be on-stage. when he started laying in that 50 y/o guy in the audience, it went completely downhill. that being said, his show that used to be on vh1 back in 2002 and almost every movie appearance that he has made have been mostly great as he is one of the funnier people emerging in the industry.
^ hmmmm, i didn’t realize he had a show on VH1
Between Two Ferns with Zach is great, internet show.
Saw the new Nightmare On Elm St. I thought it was fantastic. Great re-make. The original is a horror masterpiece, but this is very well done. Not like the shitty Texas Chainsaw remakes or anything like that…good acting–not great, but good. I recommend it if you are (or are not) into horror flicks.
i’m not a horror movie person, but i watched the house of the devil last week and it was pretty good. it definitely had me terrified a couple of times.
also, not necessarily horror but a vampire flick, let the right one in is pretty fucking awesome. i suggest that you check both of these out. let the right one in is available to stream instantly on netflix right now.
^Consider it done…thanks man!
Just watched The Men Who Stare At Goats.
Good, not amazing.
Anybody know of any good movies in theaters right now? Or anything you think is going to be good premiering this friday?
^sorry, but i’m afraid they stopped making good movies about 7 years ago.

Not bad,…Matt Damon was good.
Well, I took my Mom and Dad to see Iron Man 2 on Mother’s Day. I liked the first one and basically everything that is likeable about the first movie is still likeable in the 2nd movie. Downey is still awesome as Tony Stark. There’s a little bit of annoying “let’s pimp the upcoming Avengers movie” in it but it works well for the context of the story. Good, well-written action flick. Mickey Rourke is also pretty creepy as the villain despite him not having a lot of lines.
Go see IRON MAN 2!
Just watched The Imaginarium of Dr Parnassus… and loved it!
Fantastic acting all the way around, and a great story of Dark V Light.
Oh, and I am just a sucker for Tom Waits playing the Devil!

After I posted I searched to see if it was mentioned before, and I saw your post of the same poster, ha!
I was pretty shocked how great the (albeit short) work by Colin Farrel was. I’m not a fan of his at all, but thought he did fantastic.
^ I’ve got to see that. Just moved it up the netflix cue.
If you enjoyed Pulp Fiction, you might also like

as a rental.
One of my favorite scenes in this movie is an exchange between Christopher Walken and Dennis Hopper. Made the whole movie for me.
True Romance is the shit.
Anyone see this? Ive been wanting to see it. Story line sounds pretty cool…
