Seinfeld

STELLLLLA!!!

“alright…let’s go watch them slice this fat bastard up”

“The library investigator’s name is Bookman? That’s like an ice cream man named cone.”

This is one of my favorites…I actually stole the line “You could be a fireman on a firetruck on the way to a fire” for one of my songs…I got this Season (4) for Xmas and I’ve watched every episode at least twice since I got it…and about a hundred times each before that.

Jerry: You see the look on my uncle’s face? Did you see how insulted he was? What could I do? Waht are we supposed to do? You can’t leave. There’s no excuse good enough to justify walking away from a conversation with one of my relatives.
You could be a fireman on a fire truck on the way to a fire. You bump into one of my relatives. ‘I’m sorry Uncle Leo, there’s a building full of people burning down. I really do have to be running.’ He’ll go: ‘Go. Go ahead. Go to your fancy fire. If that’s what you have to do.’

Winner!

NEXT!

The overdue library book episode is probably one of my favorites. Runner-ups are the one where Kramer talks Jerry into getting illegal cable and the one where George runs out of his girlfriends apartment “FIRE FIRE”…

“George!, you push the children out of the way to save yourself!”

“No NO! It may have appeared that way…what I was really doing was…was…clearing the way! I put my life on the line for you! I could have been killed!”

(Fireman) “How do you live with yourself?”

(George) “It’s not easy.”

After reading Momamomma’s post on dancing in the Head Bobbing thread, it reminded me of the Elaine dance. Any episode that has her dancing in it always cracks me up. My favorite is the episode where Jerry is telling George how it originated and they are on the street listening to that Jazz band and Elaine starts dancing…F’n hilarious…

When Kramer cleans the highway up and paints the lines. That is so classic.

Haha, love that.

“Comfort lanes Jerry!”

and then Elaine is driving down that road at the end of the episode…

“Ooooo, extra wide, this is nice!” and then she starts weaving back and forth.

Kramer: Hey buddy. I’m waiting for my shirt .
Jerry: You got your shirt in my oven!?
Kramer: I didn’t have any quarters for the dryer. Anyway this is better. And it’s more convenient .
Jerry: For both of us.
Kramer: And I have a lot more control. I have one shirt going for 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
Jerry: What’s wrong with your oven?
Kramer: I’m bakin’ a pie!

you are soooooooooooo good looking.

that episode is great.

I just found that site. It might be interesting if you diehard Siendelf fans like me. It might be helpful if you’re looking for that quote you can’t quite remember too. It has every script from every show, it’s pretty cool.

THE AIRCONDITIONERRRRRRRRRRRR!!!

Kramer: If anything, we’ll probably get there early. I’ll have a chance to

go to the Duty Free shop.

George: The Duty Free Shop? Duty Free is the biggest sucker deal in retail.

Do you know how much duty is?

Kramer: Duty.

George: Yeah, “duty”. Do you know how much duty is?

Kramer: No, I dunno how much duty is.

George: Duty is nothing. It’s like sales tax…

Kramer: I still like to stop at the duty free shop.

George: I like to stop at the duty free shop.

% They start to “sing”, growing more excited after each iteration:

George+Kramer: I like to stop at the duty free shop!

I like to stop at the duty free shop!

The Airport…what a great episode, god I love Seinfeld…

I just got my mom tickets to go see Jerry’s stand-up at the Fox Theatre in Detroit in April for her birthday! I’m soooo stoked, and my mom is a HUGE fan. Can’t wait!

Seinfeld is such a great show. I end every akward silence with “well, these pretzels are making me thirsty!”

^
nice. i may have to try that.

i usually use the ol’ “big gulps huh? welp, see ya later!”

I dont know if anyone mentioned this, but that crazy German guy in the VW commercials
(Oh, Snap) is none other than Slippery Pete from the frogger episode!

he’s also a nihilist from TBL
