I caught the first 2 episodes of Chuck when it debuted but haven’t watched since. Just didn’t do much for me.
On a related note, I may be the only one on here that watches Kath & Kim. It’s good stuff, IMO.

Possibly the best intro ever to the Office last night…
the office was fucking hilarious.
the CPR scene with the dummy literally had me in tears.

<— Me last night ;D
I did pretty good with my prediction.
And I not only got a defensive TD, but the longest play in Super Bowl history!
I think that play won the game. Possibly the greatest play in Super Bowl history.
I can’t wait to see that over and over in those NFL Films shows, in slow-mo.
I thought Ben should have got the MVP after that last drive, but whatever.
They won,…and I won the OhKeePa Fantasy year as well!
Great year of Football!
Now,…When do pitchers and catchers report?
You could have easily given the MVP award to Fitzgerald or Warner, but it’s highly suspect to give it to someone on the losing team. But you could have made an argument for it.
^i was thinking Fitzgerald should have got a co-MVP or something.
but then you’d have to send one person to Disney World and the other to Disney Land and it would just create a lot more logistics for people to figure out.
EPIC.
They’ve only given the Super Bowl MVP to a losing team player once and that was Super Bowl 5 (I think) when the Colts beat the Cowboys and they gave it to some DE for the Cowboys. Dude must have had a hell of a game.
The only other sport I can think of that happening is hockey with the Conn Smythe trophy. I remember Anaheim lost in 7 in 2003 and they gave it to JS Giguerre since he was sick in those playoffs. I wish they would do that stuff more often.

They gave it to Manning 2 years ago when they beat the Bears and he had an utterly average game. But to his credit, no one on the Bears was worthy of an MVP trophy either.

Chuck Howley was Super Bowl V MVP.
He played out of his mind in both Super Bowls that he was in:
He intercepted two passes and recovered a fumble in the Cowboys 16-13 loss to the Colts. It was the first time that a defensive player received the honor and the first and so far only time a player from the losing team won the award. The following season, Dallas made it back to the Super Bowl, and again Howley had a great performance, recording a fumble recovery and a 41-yard interception in the Cowboys 24-3 win over the Miami Dolphins. His great performance was under MVP-consideration, but his teammate Roger Staubach won the MVP honor.
The only player who I ever thought should’ve won the MVP on a losing team?
Thurman Thomas of the Buffalo Bills.
He was robbed!
Thomas had an outstanding performance in Super Bowl XXV, rushing for 135 yards and a touchdown, while also catching 5 passes for 55 yards. He would have almost certainly won the Super Bowl MVP award, but his team lost the game 20-19 when kicker Scott Norwood missed a 47 yard field goal attempt with eight seconds remaining.
WIDE RIGHT!
That was one of my favorite Super Bowls. Top 3 for sure.
