I just saw Soulive last night!

They were fucking awsome.
What a great band.

There is alot of stuff going on in Chicago this weekend.

and it pains me to say that Soulive used to be good. They used to be friggin spectacular…until they felt the urge to get a singer that is. fuck that.

they’re still good, i was just pissed that they hardly funked it out at all the alst time i saw them this spring.

I haven’t listened to the Black Keys in so long… But used to see them in Akron, maybe about half a dozen times, and random bars and whatnot. Last time I saw them was Bonnaroo’04, now they rarely seem to come around their hometown.

They seem to constantly flow through Europe though.

I actually liked their singer last night.

They played without him first, for like 45 minutes, then he came out and sang a little, left for like a half hour then came back.

I’ve heard this same argument from others though.
Some people don’t like him singing.

I, for one, thought it was good.
I danced my ass off.

yeah att/blueroom has screwed the pooch with their webcasts of festies this summer, they aren’t streaming any of the headliners. I bet the festies stopped allowing that, b/c of all the people who were like "fuck the heat, i’ll sit in the ac and watch the show
