There is a rumor on the other board, that apparently Trey is gonna be all tied up with TAB/Musical and that Phish is gonna be back-burnered for most of next year. Meaning, supposedly no Summer Tour and all that jazz. I’m not sure what I think about it, I honestly don’t see them not doing at least a small summer tour because of the Red Light contract, but who knows.
I don’t care for Phish side projects at all. They are fine, but they aren’t great by any means imo. They band seemed like they had too much fun this past summer to just turn the damn thing off for a while but who knows. All I know, is the idea I had that the band would progress into next year and sound even better than this past year might get shot to hell if this rumor is true. Oh well…

Yeah I agree with you, and its just entertaining to read what the idiots post there. The only reason I give it any thought at all is because of who the “supposed” sources are. But honestly I would bet that Kuroda saying this past summer to hold on to our hats for the 30 yr. anni are way more credible than some random asshat on PT.

and what the fuck would it mean to be tied up with TAB? Trey does a couple month long tours with them a year to keep some money flowing for them, do they expect a two month leg 2 to be announced for TAB tour
