I’m surprised no one is expressing more interest in this. Delfest sports some great names every year, and has sit ins with the McCoury Bros. They played at Oswego with Phish, bluegrass sit ins are imminent. I know most of us are more focused on summer dates at this point but this is more interesting than most things I’m seeing right now. Musicians do small classes with the general public. Seminars will happen and my guess is that Trey gets involved with some of them. Fishman was one of the first band members to play with the McCoury Bros. so the likelihood of him showing up, or Mike for that matter, is relatively high. If none of these things happen, you still see some brilliant musicians. Don’t pass up this opportunity.
