so…close!
Romo out for 4 weeks with broken finger. Eat that!
I watched this game with my friend who loves Miami…
I definitely wasn’t expecting Schaub to take it in for the win
I bet the Lions can go without a win this season. Not kidding.
Glad hockey season started…
^Glad college hockey season started…
Browns beat the Giants?
Yer damn right!
I watched that game last night thinking how sweet it would be to be a Browns fan
Crowd was nuts
^^Just one time, it would rock to go and dress like the Browns’ Dawg in the pound… Get all drunk and scream in a big dog head outfit for three hours…!!! Nice win last night, I was glad they won, not a big NYG fan myself!!
Go Browns!
Eagles win, everyone else in the NFL east loses, and the Phils are 1 win away from the World Series. A good weekend for the city of Philadelphia. Oh yeah, and Tony Romo got hurt, which could mean a few more good weeks for us if we can win some games.
They’re baaaaaa-aaaack.
LOL@that Vikings game. Even better how it was decided by two points when Orlovsky just trotted out of the endzone for the free points. That’s CLASSIC Lions. Even worse that the Vikes needed a few horrendous calls to get them to win the game. Not a good sign for Minnesota fans.
Anyway, now the Lions have traded Roy Williams to the Cowboys. Normally I’d be pissed but I didn’t think for a second that we would get a first, third and sixth round pick for the dude. With Moss going for a 4th and Chris Chambers going for a 2nd rounder, that deal is crazy. We can only hope that without Millen, those picks will have real meaning since we won’t have a lunatic picking them. One can only hope. Plus now Kitna is on the IR so he’s done for the year and probably gone from the Lions. Hellllooooo rebuilding…

i actually went to the Dolphins game today (last minute ticket hand down CLUB LEVEL! Free!)
what an embarrassing display of football. With the exception of one smooth drive in the 3rd quarter, i thought it was 2007 all over again. Except in 2007 they actually BEAT the Ravens.
Just be glad you don’t have to go to Lions games. I don’t think anyone could give me a free ticket to go and see that team. Still, it’s kind of funny watching all the creative ways for them to lose games.
Calvin Johnson had 150 yards and 1 TD…off TWO catches. One was a meaningless hail-mary before halftime that he caught at the 10yard line and the other was a 96 yard TD in the 3rd quarter. He did nothing for the rest of the game. Most deceiving stat ever.

all i’m saying at least last week against the Texans was a fun loss to watch. Both teams played great and it came down to the last second.
They just up and played like shit yesterday.
Yeah, Go Vikes. err, I mean just go away Brad Childress…
WTF, Colts?!
Could there be any bigger of a difference between 2 games from 1 team? They go from destroying the #1 overall defense one week to looking like complete crap in all facets of the game the next week.
Last year at this point, the Colts and Patriots were the clear SB favorites. It wasn’t even close. Now? There are like 6-8 teams that could legitimately say that.
This year’s Colts/NE game will still have hype, because Indy fans HATE the Patriots.
^ Yup agreed. What a painful game to watch Sunday. The Colts will still be fine although they are going through a brutal stretch right now. I still see them as a 10-6 team. Here’s the breakdown:
Wins: Home vs. NE, Cincy, Detroit, Houston, Tennesee (last game of the year might not matter for tennesse, @ Cleveland, and @ Jacksonville (we always at least split with Jacksovile).
Loss: @ Tenn, @ SD, @ Pitt.
Also always at least split with Tenn so the Colts could win this Monday, you never know. I guess my point is that this upcoming MNF game is not a must win unless the Colts have thoughts of winning the division. I don’t see anyway of winning the division at this point, but a wildcard berth at 10-6 is certainly attainable. Crazy year this year. No great teams…just a bunch of good ones.
I don’t see them winning the division either. 10-6 is doable; 7-3 here on out. The Star had a great graphic on the front of yesterday’s Sports section detailing how their stats are pretty much the worst of all of Dungy’s Colts teams. Their 3-3 record is the worst 6-game start in the Dungy era, too.
Regardless of what happens during the regular season, even if they limp into the playoffs, you think any team wants to play the Colts? Hell no.
I can see BOTH the Pats and Colts figuring things out and going well for the rest of the year. You’re telling me tha Pats can’t edge out that fraudulant Bills team for the division? Please.
