I think it is being used by art students…Seven Below Art something…I can’t remember…I think a couple other artists have recorded there recently too. 
^ That is correct as far as I know as well…they should open it as some sort of Phish museum with relics of Phish past, you know, if they aren’t using it for recording purposes that is…I assume it’s a bit off the beaten path though no?
EDIT : Never mind, now that I think of it, that was a horrible idea.

oh Marco told me at the Manchester CT gig back in May 7th that he just returned from recording with Mike in the Barn.
So yea, it exists and people are still making albums there.
