The Horseshoe Curve

To answer your question, having shelled out nearly $20 after shipping for a vinyl copy of this thing, … and I know this doesn’t really qualify as a leak, BUT, … I assure you, alongside assuring myself, this thing will be awesome.

::reassures self silently … wonders why I’m still doing this even though I’m no longer in the the “::__::-only” thread::

Yeah.
It leaked two weeks ago.
General consensus is that it’s pretty good.
a

nice a pretty good is much better than a kinda shitty

Sweet - thanks ICC … if you go to the burlap tune you can see the EP art … it’s pretty cool!

He he he he he…he said dope.

::snickers::

pretty good stuff on this release, the horns are incredible, def showcases them the most, trey kind of takes a back seat, which isn’t a bad thing, this cd really shows the power of the winds

This is in stores tomorrow, correct?

^yessir … as far as I know. Hopefully there’ll be one of those little cards in my PO Box that means I have a new record tomorrow.

in stores tomorrow… online, for a few good days…

and hues right, Trey isnt the centerpiece of this album, i like that he intertwines with the music but doesnt overtake or gloat himself in front of the other instruments…

BURLAP SACK AND PUMPS!

I am running to get this today, not walking, not running either, maybe I’ll drive…yeah!

Everytime I read this CD title it reminds of either a weird freaky porno title or a freakshow person

This album is pretty good, ill take it over any of his other solo ones. Trey isnt the centerpiece for sure, but its not a bad thing.

Seriously loving the new cd. Wow! Popping it on for the 4th time.

you guys are killing me… i bought it yesterday, but haven’t gotten the chance to listen yet…

at least i’ll be able to give it a spin very shortly!

Man, I forgot how fucking incredible this band was… Especially Tony holding down the bottom…

hmmm. still have yet to grab mine… Tonight I hope!

definately a fan of this one. I’ve done my share of casual raging to this one since it came out. Solid all the way around

I just got my vinyl today. Too bad my turntables suck. But it sure looks cool. And I got the Lucius Beebe EP on CD I can listen to.

Horseshoe Curve = teh shiznit.

I’m stoked that Trey started focusing a little more on writing and arranging. He totally takes a back seat on this record. I’d say there are only about four guitar solos on the whole thing. I think the first guitar solo is on track 4, about 20 minutes or so into the record. I also dig that it’s all instrumental.

Too bad Trey can’t take this band on the road anytime soon… I’d dance my ass off.

But … but then you would have no ass.
