Well I managed to find someone else’s glowstick kite this year at Wakarusa, and I was sure to rage it hard!!
I can assure it did not.
Nothing will surpass the STS9 Kite dancing extravaganza.
I was just lucky to see and hold another glowstick kite again!
I missed it twice…
