I was wondering the same thing - if that was a ‘tag’ reserved only for the moderators.
I still haven’t figured out how to give other people titles. I can change pre-existing titles, but I can’t give a user a new title. How do you do that?

This one and the other missing stickies problem is really baffling me. I have asked on phpbb support and have looked on the megaweb but to no avail. Where are these posts going?!?!!

could the maximum filesize for avatars be increased? 24 kb is tiny! My image is the correct dimensions but it’s 100 kb. //DONE//
ok, i shrunk it some. but i could only get it down to 34 kb. i cant figure out how to make it smaller
