Okay…this is really really tough…and I know as soon as I’m done, I’ll start kicking myself for not putting something else…but:

  1. Syd Barrett - One of the very very few solo performances.
  2. Grateful Dead - A 1965 Acid Test performance maybe the Graduation
  3. Sly and the Family Stone - 1969 if only for the Woodstock performance…but I’m sure there must have been some other great ones around that time.

Honestly though, right now, I just want to go back to '85 in Vermont and just see every single Phish show, and never look back.

Definitly go with Zeppelin… they musta been sick in their prime.
Love to see Bowie as Stardust… fuck yea.
I would have to go with Marley and the Wailers as the 3rd… ya.

Some honorable mentions would be Hendrix, Joplin, Doors, Cream, Traffic, Lennon… definitly Lennon, CSN&Y, Doobie Bros… theres more for sure.
