I know this seems simple, but I’m having trouble seeding shows on utorrent. If I have already downloaded a file and have them stored on my hard drive how do I get them back on utorrent so I can help seed a show. I went to add torrent and tried to add it, but it didn’t show up on my utorrent. What am I doing wrong? ???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the torrent as you normally would, but when it asks you where you want to store the files, choose the folder of the show you want to seed.
It will quickly verify the files and begin to seed.
