I am wondering if anyone knows where in townshend VT the family park is?? I go camping at bald mountain campground every summer. I am also a huge phish fan. Every time I go to townshend I wonder where the family park is… haven’t asked any locals yet though…

The show from there in 91 is sick… giant country horns…

so does anyone know where this place is???

I guess it is no longer called townshend family park…

It is in townshend vermont on route 30 just after the mary meyer stuffed animal store on the right hand side. I guess the park is still there but it is called something else now.

Townshend State Park is sweet!!! I have been there… you can hike bald mountain… the leanto sites are really cool, and there is miles and miles of dirt roads that run along the outskirts of the park that one can explore!!!
