The office is buying me a new phone and I need to decide which one to get. I have NO experience with these, but I figure it will be helpful since I can access my email when I’m out of the office. I need one that is compatable with Microsoft Outlook.
Please help, anyone have any advice?

I’m sure I’ll probably never be in a position in life where I need a PDA, but a lot of my coworkers have them and I’ve got to say the Blackberry seems the most user friendly in my eyes.

I agree with Devin, the Blackberry seems like it would work well. My boss and coworker have one and I’ve dicked around with it a few times and it seems pretty user-friendly.
They have the 7100i through Nextel but that one is a little outdated.
oh yah, that’s the other thing. It has to be a Nextel, or I would like it to be at least.
So, Nextel PDA. Who has one?
I don’t have a PDA, because I have no use for one (since I am essentially at my desk all day long and have unlimited access to email). I just recently acquired the i880, which is pretty sweet.
I think the latest Nextel Blackberry is actually the 7100i. It’s a little dated but still not a bad phone.
I love my Blackberry! As long as you don’t mind getting work emails at 2AM on a Saturday you should go for it. I really don’t know what I’d do without it.
