Just about every t-shirt from my school had GD references. Our senior t-shirt said, “Tell me this class ain’t got no heart”. A shirt made my freshman year to celebrate the football team winning a state championship was a bunch of skeletons playing football near a train car with a play on the lyrics to Unbroken Chain “Throw you down on the line boy, drop you for a loss, ride you out on a cold railroad, condemn you to a loss”, the design for the prom t-shirt my junior year had a dancing skeleton on it and the prom’s theme was “The Music Never Stopped”, and I don’t remember the homecoming shirts, but most of them had GD references too. We had alot of rich, wannabe hippie kids at my school. They’re all yuppies now, though.
I wish Phish would do an official release of their favorite soundchecks…sometimes I forget how awesome and funny they are, then I take a trip to Old Zealand, or head to the party on the lamp post
Just ended my Hiatus from Phish I started about two weeks after Dicks ended…I gave all of 2012 one last go around audio wise and took a much needed break to keep thing’s fresh for 2013…VERY EXCITED TO SEE THE WEBCASTS FROM MSG!!! I was at the last 2 NYE’s there and it was just so much fun, it will be neat to gain a different perspective this year watching live…

Thank you for the most amazing year guys, 2012 will go down in Phishtory as one of the greats…
2013 is poised to be one of the greatest ever, cannot fathom that it’s been 30 years for these 4 and they are still melting faces…
I truly think the focal point of next year will be Fall Tour…Everyone knows that over the years those Tours have produced some of the most iconic shows and jams of their career…And since the boys took Fall off the last 2 years, I think it will be quite exciting and fresh for them…Same goes for a Fest in the Summer and a Halloween show, since again last year provided them a break form both…Just throwing some things out there, who knows what they have up their collective sleeves…
It’s gonna be magical and I can’t wait to see all of you on the Road soon!!!
