Around a dozen or so inbetween… never had a bad time at their shows.
yeah they’re great. i can see how their sound would rub some the wrong way though. i actually prefer hooks and melody over superfast techtronic wizardry, but they mix the two just perfectly enough to make me say: godDAMN, sam.
Love to see this thread go up…I consider them the best band going right now. I know I know bold statement, but I’ve been into these guys for a long time. My first show was 2/25/00 and have hit them up hard. Going to school at IU certainly helped as they frequented Bloomington at least once a month in the early days.
On a side note they are coming out with a new album soon. There first two albums are out of circulation and go for hundreds of dollars on ebay. I managed to score their first album: Greatest Hits Volum 3, but I’m still seeking their second album: Songs for Older Women. Anyone have a copy or know where to get one I would love to know.

by the way, i really, awfully, superduper sincerely love the last to studio albums, Safety in Numbers and The Bottom Half. this, i believe, is where they hit thier studio stride.
I came close to seeing them. I bought their latest live album and liked it a lot and they were in town. But, of course, there were some sweet Bowl Games on that night so I ended up staying in and watching those. From what i’ve heard on CD, they’re quite good.
