but seriously, seeing mike play with the duo over xmas, it was a no brainer that these guys would collaborate again at some point.

AND, I finally listened to Trey’s interview last night. I must admit I got excited just hearing him talk excitedly about this tour. I hope I’m states side for some of it…

Bigdude, I am begging right along side of you. We just gotta get some down here. Where are you from Bigdude?

Oh and I’m sure most of you knew, but there was a very nice Foam at Bonnaroo. And a Mike’s Song with the crowd singing instead of Mike. Damn, the duo is so crazy sounding!

i was there too. that tent was ROCKIN’ for that mike’s song, a rager for sure. can’t wait to see what they do this summer. i have yet to hear a YEM from that trio, like they played over xmas.

I know! You know how Mike’s talking in the IT DVD about the dullness of playing that song so much but how sometimes he does find it to be ‘doing it for him.’ It’s strange to think that he would play that with anyone else besides Phish. But I guess with those guys, everything is fresh and completly different. I would like to hear them play YEM too to see how different they can make it.
