No this is not, but it does kind of look like the angle that they have. Phish would never use a fans copy to put out as there own.

Um, yeah… I kinda made a mistake with Set I.
I only checked Chalkdust to make sure it was synched, it seems that somewhere in the set some silence was deleted. The discs were sent yesterrday, and I didn’t watch them until last night. Sets II and III are fine, but set I has about a one second delay in the audio for the first part of the set (I’m not sure exactly where it synches).
It would be easy for me to fix this if I was home, my computer has all the software I need to fix it. Currently I am in the hospital, I knew I was coming into the hospital Monday night, which is why I worked late to finish the discs.
I apologize for this mistake, and hope you can all understand why I made it. I would appreciate it if Will would send the original set I dvd back to me (it would be easier to synch the sound if I can compare the two waveforms).
Hopefully I will be out of the hospital by the time the dvd rereaches me, so no more time will be wasted.
Once again, I’m sorry for not checking my work.
