8 singles is fine by me. i have no problem with that. if the quality-loss isn’t noticeable, then the compressed 4 will work too. i’m down for whatever comes my way.

alright, I just burned the first disc with compression. I can’t really tell a difference so its gonna go this way, itll be easier for everyone. So it’ll be 4 single layers.

Nah, I’m still working on converting them to the single layers. A couple of them are having troubel because they are still too large after compression. I’m probably going to have to end up cutting out about 3 minutes worth of the discs that wont fit. I’m doing my best to not scar any badass parts of the show. I’ve been working a lot too. But I’m working on them, should get this rolling within the next week.

Alright, here’s the situation. The discs are finished being compressed and burned, and I just sent Bigdude a PM to get his addy to start this off.
The only problem I ran into was with disc 2. Even with compressing it, it was still too large to fit on one disc, so I regret to inform you that this DVD will be missing Axilla and Uncle Pen. It was either delete those or delete the composed section of YEM. Other than that they look great, you really can’t tell much difference from the compressed and the originals, I see no compromise in quality.

^Forget the whole thing about Axilla and Uncle Pen. I figured out how to do it and they will be included with the rest of the show. So its all intact.

I don’t need dual-layer discs now, right? Regular DVD-R’s will work.

Update: Here’s the latest problem I’m facing. The discs won’t copy. I’ve gotten an error on every disc that I’ve tried to copy so far, occurring on all 4 discs. I wasted about 10 DVDs yesterday and I can’t figure it out. They play fine, there’s no glitches at all, but they won’t copy. My plan is to burn new discs with the files I have on my computer, but I’m worrying that I’ll send those out and then you guys wont be able to copy them, and that would fuck everything up. I’m still working on it, I’ll let you guys know whats up.
