my uncle drinks vodka all day long in a water bottle. My mother used to drink a whole bottle every night.
vodka makes people really bitter and crabby with the world and all that happens is the person goes to the dark side for an hour or so and passes out.

Jeez man…I can see why you’d say fuck vodka. But you must realize that if you drink anything all day long, or a whole bottle of anything every night, you’re not going to be a better person for it. I think Whiskey is way more the devils drink from my personal experiences, but to each their own.
i don’t like liquor in general. I like beer and wine.
but when i do drink liqour…i drink whiskey…in a good situation…in the middle of nowhere
I like to stick to the real cheap stuff like McKormick’s and Karkov (South Dakota’s Finest). Once I got a bottle of Grey Goose and didn’t think it was anything too great.

I am partial to the Grey Goose. I like it’s kick. I think Kettle is smoother, but I usually go for the goose.

It’s odd…I’ll alternate between whiskey phases and vodka phases. I like whiskey better, but vodka produces a cleaner hangover.

on that note vodka gets me really sick the next morning… just something about it makes me puke at 4 in the morning…

I was going to vote, but the ‘bourbon’ category seems to be missing.
Vodka is really only acceptable if it comes in equal portions with Red Bull or Rockstar and I’m going to be playing a show within the next hour.

Hmmm, I’m torn. For Martinis I always like Ketel One, a splash of champagne and pineapple juice. If I’m drinking it straight and chilled I like Stoli b/c I must say they have some of the best flavored vodka out (stoli blueberry anyone? I got PISSED halloween night last year courtesy of that little treat) and three olives actually has a caramel vodka out that I wouldn’t mind drinking straight out of the bottle (chilled, of course) if it didn’t make me look like a prime target for AA. But if you’re making a bloody mary, you have to go with absolute pepper vodka.
So I guess it all depends on the drink you’re making. but since most of the time I’m drinking vodka, I’m drinking a martini, i have to go with Ketel.
