I’ll forgive you when I receive the discs.
Until then…you’re on notice.

One more week down the drain.
?
Geez.
Sorry. I am the new YEM.
They are burned and will be in tomorrow’s mail.
Fluffernutter - personal message me when you get the discs.
They came!!!
HORAY!
coughcouhg…where is it now?
I think Fluffy the Paranoid Bunny has it.
I don’t have the codecs and whatever else I need to play/rip these discs… so I’m giving up… famus send me your address and I’ll send them to you.
over and out.
dude, wait you don’t need any fancy codecs it’s really simple I can walk you through it if you need it
hes got the dial up just like i do…it really limits yer ability to do that shit.
how does dial up prevent you from transferring files from a cd onto your hard drive?
oh…well it doesnt do that but to convert thenm and what not i think you need to DL sumpin…right?
if you don’t have a program to burn discs then yes you will need to download something, but that usually comes with the computer
allright, let me do this step-by-step for ya
(This is only for Windows, Mac and Linux users will have to look elsewhere)
Turn on computer
Insert disc into cd drive
Open ‘My Computer’
You’ll see the disc pop up, usually it’ll be you D:\ drive
Right click (right not left) on the drive, select ‘Open’
You’ll see several folders, the music is in these
Select the folders then drag them onto you desktop (or somewhere else, whatever floats your boat)
Wait
Eject disc
Insert next disc
Repeat 3-10
Repeat 3-9
(I think there were only three discs, I might be mistaken)
or
They’re mp3 files so all burning software should burn them, and all media player will play them.
^For all the computer illiterate neanderthals out there… I thank you.
now… I put the files on my desktop but when I try to play the file it says, again, it cannot play the file b/c one or more codecs are missing. I don;t know what the problem is but its giving me a headache.
Anyway I’ll send the discs to famus soon.
Nice! We made some progress.
So, what do you use to play music?
Windows media player
oh…that doesn’t make sense…they should work…
Try using 1by1, it’s a very small download, very simple easy to use player: http://mpesch3.de1.cc/1by1.html
ok 1x1 is playing the tracks minus claypool and brothers past… for some reason… anyway atleast they are playing! Thanks paranoid rabbit!
Sent out the discs to famus today…
