Wakarusa is very excited to welcome the following artists to the 2007 lineup: Trampled by Turtles, EOTO, Tom Morello, The Waybacks, Zilla, Spare Parts, Dirtfoot, the Bridge, Orooni, Cosmopolitics, Super American Happy Fun Good-Time Jam Band, 3 Peas, 8-trac, Whitewater Ramble, Ras Neville & the Kingstonians, Alice Texas, Julia Peterson, Revolutionary Side Effects, Brent Barry, Brother’s Green, Diamond Heart Club, Jabarvy, Tangleweed. Camping Upgrades will go on-sale on Thursday, April 12th. Information will be posted to the Camping Info and Camping Upgrades pages soon.

Also, are the alcohol rules really enforced? In the letter I got it said that underage drinking is strictly prohibited, and you must obtain a legal age wristband. I can’t imagine it’s too tough to find someone to get one for you though.

I’m in a bit of a pickle…

Apparantly my buddy has decided to back out because he wants to be in town for some chick’s birthday. I already bought tickets, but I’m really unsure of going to a festival alone. I have no clue what to do, none of my other friends want to go or can get time off work to go. So I can either go alone or waste $130. What do I do? Help me OKP!

your pretty much in the same predicament as me. I was hoping some of the other OKP ppl from last year were gonna come, then no one was able to and I already had my ticket and plane ticket… But i don’t mind rollin on my own as long we’ve got base camp. You should go, it’ll be lots of fun!

^yay! im flying into KCI on Wednesday night and then heading over to the pregame at the Bottleneck and then they are letting people in at midnight.

I guess they aren’t letting people in at midnight, just letting them into line. Gates open at 8 though.

I had a blast. Ended up in the Equinox campground, which was great because we had a short walk to the stages. My favorite act was definately Lotus, and getting to see over 3 hours of them on Saturday was a highlight. Yonder was lots of fun, but we slept through their set on Saturday, but that allowed us to catch more Lotus. Panic was a blast, as was Claypool even though he played for less then an hour. There is really too much else to mention so I’ll just say it was a freaking blast.
