I remember enjoying Mutaytor, I was so faced. Keller was really fun too! and I’ll never forget rocking out to Euro Trash girl right before the weirdness that was Mutaytor started.

According to both web sites both the Waybacks and Sam Bush have been added to Waka Schedule for Sunday performances.
It would be very cool now if they were to add Rat Dog so we could get a Weirbacks show.

Waka really does look like a great time. I doubt I could swing it the weekend after Smilefest though.

That’s what I love about Waka. Great variety of music. Lots of gooood undergroud names, great headliners, and NOT trying to boast some mega line-up of top jamband acts. The fact that electronic music as well as bluegrass, livetronica, folk, psychedelia, prog rock, and indie rock is there makes it all worth while to this music fanatic.
Hell yes, the additions are SWEET! Seeing that Nershi is going to be there makes my day. He’s always been my favorite member of the cheese and how could you go wrong with bluegrass??
I think Mutaytor played a hell of a face melting, mind boggling set. It was the shit! Everything besides the small downpour I didnt’ notice going on at the time…my tent was wide open and when I got back, there was standing water in it. BUMMER!

They closed out Wakarusa '05 on Sunday night, much the same STS9/Flecktones did last year.
And they KILLED!
Les Claypool will be fun again… I could go without Gabby LaLa this year. Maybe Les, Mike Dillon, Skerik, Brain, and… well, maybe that is all that is needed.
And I saw Son Volt at Waka’05… Only band in two years I walked out early from disgust. I do not dig those guys at all.
Evidently the resaon Mutaytor was kicked off the line-up is because THEIR LEADER, Matthew Nash was busted on MSNBC’s TO CATCH A PREDATOR! Trying to pick up on a 15 year old girl:
