When I first bough ALO, and really began to understand live Phish as opposed to the studio stuff which was all I was listening to previously, it was Stash that focused my attention onto how unbelievable Phish really was.

Suzy was the one song I didn’t want to hear at BC (I hadn’t seen one to that point), but it came out 2nd song and I was relieved not to dread it all weekend. I’ve come to accept that’s it’s not a bad tune, just one I don’t like.
thats funny. suzy was the one song i really wanted to hear at cypress. i had never seen one before. i was hoping to catch it at either of the cinci or rochester shows but they decided to play it the following night in maine. i was never gaga over the song but it was just something i wanted to see at the time.
