All right, folks. I just had an intense run with the soundtrack of these show starting tunes:
From 6.18.94:
Wilson
Rift
AC/DC Bag
Maze
Ends up being a little over 30 minutes, and well worth it since it felt like it flew by!

Any time you get INTO a performance and time seems to fly are the best times ever. Most Run Like An Antelopes are high energy and are the perfect running songs.
How in the hell has nobody brought up Llama in a workout playlist yet? Sheesh.
Llama.
Phish is the ONLY thing I will listen to while running: Antelope, 2001, Reba, Free, and believe it or not Wading in the Velvet Sea and Dirt.
What are all you guys running from?
Why do you assume we’re running from something?
Well duh we are Phish phans so we are naturally drug fiends who are running from the cops 24/7.
Antelopes.
“You wandered and ambled you walk now you run…”
When I’m running or on the bike I always throw on a heavy antelope. Run run run run run run run run run run run run
This cracked me the fuck up, but seriously, he’s got some serious POWER in those arms and fingers.
I don’t like to run either, but walking is nice, and it makes me feel like I’m getting some exercise. Weather has been shitty for that lately, but for going on walks it can be nice to just put on a good set and listen to the whole thing through. It really makes you forget you’re even walking around almost. Time really goes by fast when you’re sucked into the vortex that is created by truly great Phish sets.
I listened to 8/14/09 the other day on a run — the infamous Hartford show
And I really liked progression of the setlists . . . .how it pumped me for a long stretch and then slowed it back down for cooldown.
That being said, Birds and Wilson are great running songs while Water in the Sky makes for a great cooldown!
Possum is definitely up there for me!
Sally FTW. ![]()
Sally is great!
Like Cari said, BOAF is great also.
Since a lot of my runs are at a slow, plodding pace, I enjoy groove-oriented jams and shows. I save the high-energy stuff for near the end when I need to finish strong.
Oh man I just worked out hardcore to tweeprise and DWD. so good
sotg is great for doing squats
And Rift is great for working your traps!
The only working out I do to Phish is dancing…
…at a Phish show.

You need more fiber Neil.
I like a good long Ghost jam for my long runs. Maybe a YEM.
