What ELSE are you listening to now?

Joe Strummer was simply too awesome for this world to handle.

I currently am in lust over Pearl Jam’s “Ten” for the first time since the '90s. And pretty much everything that band ever recorded.

Eddie Vedder is a god. End of story.

Marco Benevento playing “Fearless” and Mike Dillon rendering “Summertime Rolls”.

Anyone heard these?

^ I’ve listened to Benevento’s fearless and was lucky enough to catch him playing some songs from it with Fishman this fall. He’s awesome man.

I finally watched My Morning Jacket’s Okonokos dvd on the way to witchita but the laptop ran out of power right in the middle of golden…my favorite. That was just ridiculous. It was amazing. I need to watch the rest of it soon.

Listening to a track from Pink Floyd’s Zabriskie Point sessions … mixed in with a bunch of other Floyd tracks, on shuffle.

Freaking Floyd, uh?

This morning I listened to A Momentary Lapse of Reason, side b, and decided it’s crap. Sonically, the album is great, but the material is shockingly amaeteur.

Now, having said that, there are some good moments in all of those crap tunes. And more importantly, “Learning to Fly” & “On The Turning Away” are great songs, and I have to wonder how those two anomalies even happened. Anyway, The Final Cut used to seem too this or too that, but the more I listen to this Gilmour-led Floyd stuff, the more TFC sounds incredible.

The Aquarium’s s/t.

nice, man!

You sent me this show a long time ago and i finally listened to it about a month ago.

Gotta love that second set. Verry trippy old men!

i need to check this out. The world was indeed not worthy of his brilliance
