Saw pei yi at dick’s…made me want to check back in. I guess I was always a lurker here, but then it was really touch and go for the past few years. Interest in phish has kept up…but OKP activity fell way off. could be my job.
anyway, had a good time reading through this thread and reminiscing about when I was on here every day in college and the couple times I met some of you guys. but now I’m curious… a number of y’all said that your interest may be hinging on Magnaball, so what happened? will OKP get its second wind?

I always love it when members past pop back in, and I always kinda hope they’ll post again in teh future …
I can say that I didn’t go to Magnaball, but that I have managed to download more than a few 2015 shows. That’s kept my interest up and it’s been worth it since the shows have been interesting and good IMO. I wish I could have gone. I haven’t seen a show in over a year … and I won’t be going to Mexico neither.

I have seen very few shows without hanging out with or seeing someone from this place, I don’t think I’ve ever gone two shows without hanging out with or at least meeting someone from here in fact. Well except for my first two in Cincy and I was new to this whole thang.
That being said, it’s no secret this place has slowed down as already covered. But it makes it pretty cool that the friendships remain the same.
I got to hang with Sean (& Jackie) and Pei a good deal, which was awesome as always. Ran into my man Will up there briefly on Sunday and Hank even more briefly at the hotel. Also saw Brett…who I tend to somehow only see at my worst, so I’m sure I have not left any kind of positive impression on that dude, but man…it’s still good running into any and all of you at these shows.
I don’t think I’ve contributed much else to this thread, so just let me say, work is fucking insane. This used to be all I could do to pass time at work…and hell even back when I was in school. I’d just Pa it up and it would totally make those days blow by. That’s how far back this goes, but now, I don’t ever seem to have a free second during the day to log on and I kind of don’t even want to look at a computer most nights. I love you all though and I really do value what we’ve got here and hope we can keep this shit together for many years to come.
