My Name is Earl is pretty funny as well. I’m a big Jason Lee fan. Any of the dudes from the Kevin Smith movies are good in my book.
I watched an hour of Earl last night…
Good stuff.
I don’t really watch TV though… except for the past two weeks where I was glued to the Olympics.
Same here, fee. ER has been a mainstay in my watching since it came on when I was in 7th grade. Although there was a brief period of time around 04-06 where I had trouble getting adjusted to the new cast and I didn’t really watch it regularly. The earlier seasons - particularly 97-01 - are gold. Gold, Jerry!
I also love Law & Order, CSI, NBC’s Thursday night lineup, Mad Men, Mythbusters, and the Colbert Report.
Monday= The Mole, Monday night football, I love New York
Tuesday= Big Brother, Wipeout,
Wed= Lost
Thurs= Earl, Office, Thirty Rock, Scrubs, Big Brother, Survivor
Fri= Nothing
Sat= Nothing
Sun= Simpsons, I Love Money, Sunday night Football, Whatever HBO show is on at the time, Ice Road Truckers, Big Brother, Amazing race
The shows I watch are: Entourage, Weeds, Rescue Me, The Shield, Always Sunny in Philadelphia. And I think that may be it at this point.
LOST is the only show I’m really committed to and HAVE to watch nowadays. I don’t even really care about missing new South Parks anymore.
If MNF counts as a TV show, then yeah I watch that too. And I watch Twins and Vikings games.
Besides sports and the two shows I just mentioned, I rarely watch TV.
I like SP, but the quality just isn’t what it used to be.
I still haven’t decided if they’ve jumped the shark yet. If they haven’t, they’re sure as hell getting close.
The Simpsons, duh.
The Office, best comedy around no question.
Lost, whenever they decide to return.
sports of all flavors.
Mad Men - AMC
Chuck - NBC
Life - NBC <–(one of the most underrated shows IMO)
Real Time w/ Bill Maher - HBO
The Daily Show w/ Jon Stewart - Comedy Central
Countdown w/ Keith Olbermann - MSNBC
NewsHour w/ Jim Lehrer - PBS
Pushing Daisies - ABC
Eli Stone - ABC
Life On Mars - ABC <–(New show I’m gonna check out. A cop travels through time back to 1970’s. Could be good, could stink)
Medium - NBC
Dexter - Showtime
Deadliest Catch - Discovery Channel
Into the Unknown w/ Josh Bernstein - Discovery Channel
DVR is one of the best inventions.
I can watch most all my shows on my own time.
yeah i watch
weeds, entourage, mad men, south park, lost, californication, eli stone, discovery channel things, maybe a few others
i usually catch my tv shows on dvd. and that’s pretty rare as well. some favorites:
deadwood
six feet under
big love
curb your enthusiasm
the office (bbc and american versions. if you haven’t seen the original that spawned the remake, you need to. short lived but oh-so-uncomfortable and hilarious)
little brittain (another bbc comedy)
random discovery channel specials like planet earth, shark specials etc.
that’s about it.
One show I loved but the empty suits at ABC canceled was “Sons & Daughters.”
Within 10 minutes of the pilot episode, if I recall correctly, they played “Ripple” and referenced the Dead.
Aside from that, still a really good show.
Top Chef, Hells kitchen, Kitchen nightmares yeah Im a food geek
That’s some good shit right there.
I loved that show.
call me crazy, but I like watching Home Improvement re-runs.
And King of the Hill re-runs too, but I don’t want to be called crazy for that.
I watch a lot of Food Network. What about Throwdown with Bobby Flay? Dude usually gets his ass beat!
I forgot I’m a huge Entourage fan as well. Great great show. It starts back up September 7 boo-yea. Drama could be one of the best characters of all time. Dude just has me rolling with his ridiculousness.
Me too man. I love Top Chef and anything with Ramsay. Hell I even watch Restaraunt Makeover. I’m not sure, that might be a Canadian show, but I’ll watch anything food related.
I don’t actually have cable, but when I did all I watched was the Food Network.
I download whatever shows I want to watch, but for primetime shows that are still on I watch
Dexter, The Office and 30 Rock…
That’s about it, unless they do another season of Curb or Trailer Park Boys.
I’ve been watching a lot of X-files lately. I’m about halfway through season 3. My roommate just keeps buying all the DVD’s and I keep watching for Gillian Anderson.
I also love Extras, which I’m not sure if they are done with, but I think they are.
FN rules!
Good Eats is one of my favorite shows.
pretty much just LOST.
anything else i’m usually just watching because someone else is watching it and i’m in the same room.
