Why is “Colonel” pronounced “Kernel?”
I never got that.
In any event, Kernel Sanders is my third-favorite Kernel.

And there’s actually a movie about Colonel Tom Parker (the dude with Elvis) just called “The Colonel” All hail Elvis and all to do with him.
My grandad is pretty tight w/ a colonel actually. colonel Joe Kittenger. he’s the dude who made hte first step into outer space. The guy went above the atmosphere in a space suit in a hot air balloon and was the first person to see the world at large and then jumped off the balloon w/ a parachute on.
