What show are you listening to right now?

It is alright.

Starts off very slow, but picks up steam about half way through the first set.

Good for a listen every now and then I suppose, nothing amazing.

1: Down with Disease*, Guelah Papyrus, My Mind’s Got a Mind of It’s Own, Foam, Bathtub Gin, My Soul, Heavy Things, Fluffhead, When the Circus Comes, Run Like an Antelope** (1:31)

2: Runaway Jim, Glide#, Theme From the Bottom, Sand, Meat > Chalkdust Torture > Bittersweet Motel (1:23)

E: Waste (0:07)

*With a golf cart on stage; Trey’s daughters ran out from the side of the stage after the song to hug their dad, who then had to lead them off-stage before “Guelah Papyrus.” **Tom Marshall came out to do his lyrics; third line was “been you to have any spliff, man?” #Inflatable girl passed through audience; with “All Fall Down” language.

The lawn certainly all took a bath during this Gin. Very long Jim, nice though.

It’s been a while for me, but I’ve been craving teh Phish.

So today I put in the first live Gamehenge, from sometime in 1988. I remember feeling tired of these songs last visit, so after a big break from Phish, I’m happy to report that it sounds amazing.

SPAC PIPER!!!

::face melts::

god I love the groove they settle into around the 7:30 to 9 minute mark.

nice and light, but still meaty, whatever that means

1: Uncle Pen, Foam, Runaway Jim, Fee, Sparkle, Brother, Horn, Chalk Dust Torture, HYHU-> Love You-> HYHU, Wilson, The Divided Sky

Cripes, Uncle Pen is easily my least favorite Phish bluegrass tune. It drives me crazy. This Foam is quite smooth though.

Wow … Uncle Pen for me is a favorite because of how demanding it is musically. Plus it’s … … wait, I don’t need to explain the song. Clearly you’ve heard it.

A+ recording.

Had to come down and rule Ohio that night!

Colorado '88 - I made a disc of just the Gamehenge songs. Every Gamehenge song is on Colorado '88 … ya gotta download Tela & Possum, but still.

“Icculus” from Colorado is hilarious. I think it rivals the Junta version.

^fuckin titties man

you do know it’s a livephish right? (not sure what volume)

anybody heard any news/recordings of the show in costa rica??

I think that Bomb Factory show is LP18. I’m not checking though. Screw that.

I’ve just played disc one of 6/30/1995, but I only heard it goin in the background over all the noise of life. I wanna hear the second disc though.

Set one felt something like … {okay, Bag … (didn’t hear mule didn’t hear horn) Taste is ending now … shut off CD player.} … {okay Wedge … oh I think Lizards is on now … Mound (they played Fee? it’s on the list, but I think someone was crying a lot at that point) … Antelope while the groceries got put away.}

Oh crap I just read the setlist of disc two. At first, upon realizing I didn’t know what the setlist was, I thought it’d be fun to not know what’s next, & just listen … … and then I just read it.

^I put in set II and promptly fell asleep during Possum. Then I got in the car this morning and TMWSIY from Colorado '88 played. Weird. But not really though.

Cripes what a glorious opener. I got chills and nearly shed a tear listening to the crowd reaction and Page’s singing in the beginning.
