What show are you listening to right now?

^I love that show. From the opening R&R the band was on fire.

Oh yeah, and I’m listening to

12/29/95
1: My Friend My Friend, Poor Heart, Down With Disease, Fog That Surrounds, NICU, Stash, Fluffhead, Llama, Sweet Adeline

2: Makisupa Policeman, Cars Trucks Buses, Bathtub Gin-> The Real Me-> Bathtub Gin, McGrupp and the Watchful Hosemasters, Big Black Furry Creature From Mars, Bass Duo*-> La Grange, Bouncing Around the Room, Fire

E: Golgi Apparatus

The Real Gin is just starting now…WHOOHOOO!

I’ll agree with that wholeheartedly. The “Limb by Limb -> 2001” is some of my favorite Phish, particularly the “2001” jam!

i’m sick as hell. i can’t go anywhere or do anything. this has resulted in me slowing down, going on sugarmegs, and listening to shows. this is something i hardly ever do anymore. it’s like i’ve lost patience, like i want to hear the whole thing all at once.

it’s great when you can just sit and listen. you remember.

03-15-91 Gothic Theater, Denver, CO

1: Llama, Foam, My Sweet One, Stash, Dinner and a Movie, Bouncing Around the Room, Oh Kee Pa Ceremony-> AC/DC Bag, Lizards, Mike’s Song-> I Am Hydrogen-> Weekapaug Groove

2: Buried Alive-> Possum, Horn, Paul and Silas, Cavern, Destiny Unbound, I Didn’t Know, Harry Hood, Chalk Dust Torture

E: The Squirming Coil, Runaway Jim

this show melts my face.

I’m not listening to a “whole” show, just a set.

This show, especially the second set, is SICK SICK SICK!! Definitely my favorite Alpine Phish show. Anyone else think Summer '97 is underrated?? I’m listening to the Foam right now, and its moving along swimmingly. Call me cheesy, but “Ain’t Love Funny” is one of my favorites!! Don’t know what it is about that song…I just love it! I’m pretty sure its a cover…not sure who originally wrote it though.

J.J Cale.

I am listening to the first day of LemonWheel.

6-22-95

I thought this 41 minute Tweezer would be noteworthy…but it kind of sucks. Blah.

try the 06-14-95 version from Memphis.
the clear Summer '95 winner of long-ass Tweezers.

streaming the tribute to jerry show off nugs

I listened to 6.26.95 set 2 today while at my freaking janitor job. I had my shooting-range ear-muffs over my cd walkman’s headphones, and I was rocking. I can’t believe how cool this set is.

intro->DwD (22 minutes)---->Free (unfinished)–>jam–>Poor Heart->YEM, Strange Design->Antelope.

This YEM has the craziest Mike breakdown section I’ve ever heard. Was anyone at this show???

Is this Dwd–>Free THE highlight of summer 95?

Very nice sounding. Through my computer speakers that is.

Yeah I heard a little bit last night. I’m confused though. I’m pretty sure I paid for the dvds and the only files that downloaded are only audio (at least that’s what happens when Winamp opens them). Don’t buy things when you’re drunk.

ok…
i got this show when it was first released through livephish almost 3 years ago.
i HATED IT!
as i did most of the PH shows.
i dont know if i couldnt get over Trey’s tone, or i thought it was sloppy, or what…
just wrapped up the 1st set and it RIPPED!
i would give it a SOLID 9/10.
i like when that happens!

i was front row, directly in front of mike for this one. i feel i’m somewhat to blame for that sick mike solo…i met mike before the show on 6/25 and was drooling over the amazing bass solo at waterloo (i was drunk :-X), so just before the b&d section kicked in mike gives me this look like "you thought that was good? check this out! :o the version from 6/29 is sick as well.

this show was such a relief after that shitty new years run. plus i’m sure it didn’t hurt being 3rd row page side.

holllllllly shit. im listening to to 7-1-97 finally…this cities->jam is almost not even phish. it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO out there…crazy

6/18/94 Chalkdust with a sick “heartbreaker” tease.
