What show are you listening to right now?

That is one of those shows that I have ZERO recollection of being at.
I was pretty sober, too.
Just spent, I guess.
a

^ Too bad. I really enjoyed myself at this one. Had some fenominal seats too! Mail order really stoked me with great seats that last tour before the hiatus!

Yeah, me too.
I had 4th row for Chula Vista which was dope.
I don’t know what I was up to in Irvine, though. ???

Another coulda/shoulda went show for me. Excellent show, just look at the bookends - bustout Uncle Pen opener!!!(?) ragin’ Rock and Roll encore!!! And the middle’s pretty good, too

An all-around summer 1998 gem. Certainly in my top-3 for the entire tour.

Wow.
I still don’t understand why this show gets hype aside from the encore.
Easily the worst I saw that Summer.
a

agreed. i don’t even think that show cracks my top 10 for that summer.

You guys are nuts!

  1. No flow
  2. Poor setlist
  3. Sloppy
    a

There is some sloppiness, OK. But nothing I’ve ever thought was too much or out of the ordinary.

The flow one I don’t necessarily agree with, although the first part of the second set and the last part of the first set seem a little…off.

Poor setlist? I can’t, in good faith, agree with you on that one. Some of my favorite songs are there.

At least there’s no “Mike’s Groove,” which seemed to be a recurring theme that tour. To me, anyway.

7-28-98 wipes its nutty fudge hole with 8/9! :stuck_out_tongue:
