I was there. It was an amazing sjow that night and forever. The lightning bolt/thunder crash almost made me crap my pants. People were water sliding down the grass at setbreak. I badly wanted to go on to Atlanta but my buddy Josh would not budge. It was another week or so before i saw my next show. Phoenix, which is an underrated gem if you ever feel like a listen!
that was the only show i got to see that summer since i was broke and living in boulder. was a 12 hour drive each way but the gumbo was worth it!
I went to this show with my at-the-time girlfriends mom!!
My gf was at a dance school at Duke and we went to visit her. I made sure it correlated to this show.
I got her to puff and it was awesome!
She was an old hippy back in the day and fit right in.
