I love all the guys… I really do. I don’t really have a favorite, but I picked Trey because I’m a sucker for Trey. I mean honestly what member got you into Phish to begin with. Got to be Trey. Once I learned the band and whatnot I realized the value that each and every member provides, but Trey is what I pay my money to see. I like bass, piano (keyboards), and drums as much as the next guy, but come on… a ripping guitarist is what were looking for right? That’s the sexy pick.
I guess it’s kinda like asking who was your favorite member of the 1996 Bulls. Was it Rodman who does all the dirty work for the better of the team (Mike), Was it Kerr who hit some clutch big threes (Page), was it the sidekick Pippen that is always in the shadow, but is a solid solid player (Fish) or is it Jordan (Trey).
I am now done with my bad analogies.
Gotta go with Mike… because why not?

It’s a tough pick for me between Page and Mike. I’m such a Page girl, but Mike’s such a close second. There is no better place to be than at a show when it’s just Page at the end of Coil or Hood. However, I have enjoyed all of Mike’s solo work immensely and he’s such an interesting/odd soul that you know you would be bewildered and entertained all at the same time. Of course I loved Page’s solo tour. Okay, I have to stick with the chairman of the boards. Page by a receeding hairline!
Definitely Trey for me too. He’s the reason I started listening to the band in the first place
They all rock my face off, but there’s just something about those Page solos that get me groovin’ like nobody’s business.
I voted Page, just because I’m listening to Hampton right now, and he’s easily my favorite in those shows.

I voted Page. My buddy has met Mike, Trey, And Page and he said that Trey and Mike were both wierd as fuck. Page was supposedly the coolest to talk to.
^From what i understand, Mike is on an uncomprehensable level of wierd, and Trey’s not to far from Mike. Just from what i was told. Not to say i wouldn’t enjoy meeting all of them. Nothing wrong with being weird. Shit i’m probably wierd as hell too. Don’t really know/care.
Trey is, I must admit, the reason I started listening to the band, but also, he is so much fun to watch because he gets so into it. And whenever my friends come over and watch a Phish DVD with me they inevitably say something about how funny Trey looks. Mike is a very close second for me though, because he is an awesome bass player and a very interesting dude.
this is petes friend and I have to say trey because I play guitar and hes my favorite guitarist, but I love mike just because he holds it down at all times. But you really cant choose one for sure because it always changes for me at least depending on the show or my mood. but phish is phish

Damn!..I have to go with Trey, one yeah he got me hooked no doubt,he is also funny it seems never met him just what i get from him,but they all have special places in the band for sure,but Page does seem tobe taking to the front which ofcoarse is going to make Trey come firing back!!!
I had to go with page, ladyphish is spot on with coil and hood, your just standing there like damn this is awsome and getting some perspective. IMHO he was the MVP @ Hampton.

I’m a guitar player, and I’ll forever be spellbound by how these guys absolutely changed everything for me, in regards to how a guitar and a bass can be played.
I used to wish for a video release way back when, just so I could show some other music nerd friend what happens on those two fretboards.
