i went with trey since i play guitar and the guitar work of Trey esp early Trey compositions are a big part of my love of phish

with that said

Mike was the mvp of PH

We’ll see who is the tops for this summer after the summer comes, from the hampton shows I’d say Page

yeah, Mike being so good in '03 and '04 is probably a part of the reason I like him the best. Trey was a wreck for a lot of the time I was seeing my first shows.

now that he is sober and so enthusiastic again, my gheyness for Trey has increased. I can’t help it.

for me it’s mike, hands down.

not just his playing but there is nothing he’s put out i didn’t like. films, writing, solo projects.

take me out.

It’s always been Page for me as well. Of course I have some really strange and life changing moments while watching Trey, but I have always been a sucker for Mr. Page McConnell.

I have to go with EGA III… I mean he’s Trey Motherfucking Anastasio. I love everyone it’s so hard to pick him, but he is the most important member and I’m a guitarist and he changed my life. All of them did. But in terms of impact on my life, it’s Trey.

My favorite thing about phish is when Fish is locked in with Trey and Mike is thumping out thick bass lines and page is sprinckling rainbow runs on the grand piano…
but if I have to pick a member, it’s trey. Anything else seems like a protest vote to me.
